We are opening a new office in Knoxville and looking to build a team from the ground up. This includes searching for the right managerial candidate. If you are looking to grow in a company, or to get into leadership please apply.
All of our Account Advisors undergo a comprehensive training scheduled in 4 hour blocks via live classroom style lecture. Once training has been completed you will be assigned a dedicated Sales Manager to assist you with your ongoing training, sales strategy, and close your deals for you.
To start, Account Advisors can expect to earn upfront commission of $1,300 - $3,000 on a weekly basis (paid every Friday) while accruing an additional $5,000 monthly residual commission within their first year.
This is a remote position leaving you the flexibility to travel and work anywhere you chose. Real-time reports will be emailed to you on a regular basis to track the progress of each of your accounts.
✓ Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 3 years sales experience
✓ Sales "process" driven and coachable attitude
✓ Track record of negotiating skills
✓ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓ Experience dealing directly with small business owners
✓ Strong cold calling skills, hunter mentality and the ability to self-source
✓ Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and time-management skills
