Knowledge: Knowledge of food preparation in a commercial setting required. Has sufficient knowledge of therapeutic diets. Knowledge of sanitation practices in commercial setting helpful. Skills: Skill in preparation of attractive and appetizing food for patients and visitors.
Abilities: Able to follow standardized recipes. Able to work within production timeframe.
