The Implementation Specialist is a part of the Implementation team supporting numerous critical activities related to the execution and delivery of the implementation methodology for PerfectServe. This position will work closely with other members of the Implementation team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Execute marketing and calling campaigns driving change among physicians by promoting awareness of PerfectServe
Educate and register physicians for PerfectServe programs
Assist physicians with basic call workflow configuration
Perform device testing ensuring that PerfectServe quality standards are followed
Educate new clinical users at the hospital pre and post go-live
Any other duties as needed to effectively perform the position
Bachelor?s degree required, preferably in Business or related discipline
Prior work experience in a customer facing or other service roles
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint
Ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner
Available to travel up to 50% - 75%
