Title: Assistant Community Administrator
Responsible for assisting the Community Administrator in the daily operations of the entire property, including building maintenance, all administrative duties for both internal and external agencies, and maintaining positive relationships with the residents, and encouraging continued development of resident focused property.

Minimum of two years of related experience in a busy, professional office environment. Must have experience processing rental applications, certifications, recertification, rent calculations, and preparing leasing documents in accordance with the regulatory agency’s specifications & Fair Housing laws for Senior HUD Housing Familiarity with general office procedures. Individual must possess a positive attitude, high level of flexibility, effective communicator, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, to work with minimal supervision, focus on completing assigned tasks in a timely manner, and a willingness to get involved. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Must have a valid driver license, some travel required.
