MCA Administrators, Inc. is seeking highly energetic, motivated Inbound/Outbound call representatives at our Knoxville, TN office.Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt, accurate, courteous customer service.
Assist customer with day-to-day claim inquiries, eligibility and benefits.
Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT coding required.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while continuing conversation with customer.
High school graduate or equivalent required.
Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
Interpret a constant flow of information.
Respond to customer inquiries and statements effectively.
Some calls require Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills.
Document in a clear and concise manner.
Manage time effectively.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Maintain employee/insured confidentiality. Participate in training programs as requested.
