Edfinancial Services is seeking a full time Client Relations Specialist to work in a fast paced, high volume call center environment. Edfinancial Services is a national student loan servicer with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Your primary responsibilities would be answering inbound phone calls and providing loan information to student and parent borrowers, along with schools and lender clients.
Our ideal candidate would be driven to providing exceptional customer service while handling 90-120 inbound calls per day as well as email communication. A solution-oriented individual that uses a knowledge of all loan phases to evaluate difficult accounts, resolve borrower issues, and effectively provide clear and concise information to borrowers. Flexibility and a willingness to learn are key as you may also be asked to assist in other departments within the company. Must have efficient time management skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude both on and off the phone.
