MomSource Network is recruiting for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant/Director of 1st Impressions for a prominent Lenoir City real estate group. This is a part-time position initially requiring 20 hours per week mostly in office but possibly with some remote work. There is also a possibility of increased hours over time.
This role is positioned to work directly with the group’s principal agent to service as her “right hand,” and to assist in running the day to day operations of the office, including performing a variety of administrative duties related to the listing, sale and closing of real estate. Prior real estate experience is preferred, but some general knowledge of real estate and the closing process is essential!

This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours of work per week, mostly in office but some can be remote. There may be occasions where slightly more than 20 hours per week are required, and the hours for the position could increase over time. Compensation is $10 - $12/hour initially plus opportunity for bonus program tied to performance and deals closed. Potential for excellent part-time income.
