We are offering a $1000 Sign-On Bonus along with the option to work from home once you have successfully completed the training and introductory period.
Our mission is to grow, delight and retain our customers through exceptional customer service. Our Retention Advisors are the first point of contact for our residential customers. This position handles inbound calls from existing customers. You will be responsible for processing move orders and working to retain high risk customers that are looking to leave TDS. In this role, you will identify the needs of the customer and provide them with the right products and services to fit their needs.
- Wednesday, May 30th start date
- Paid training at Madison, WI headquarters (8:00am-5:00pm M-F)
- Once training concludes, your shift would be 11:00am-8:00pm M-F EST with a rotating Saturday (every 4th weekend)
